Mohawk for “by the river”, Atsiakta is a charming, locally owned lodging and event space for guests to experience a place of rest, comfort and relaxation on the bank of the majestic St. Lawrence River. One can enjoy a private, two-story space that can accommodate up to 10 people. The building features a downstairs with two queen beds, a private bathroom, a small dining space and kitchenette. Upstairs, you’ll find an open loft with a king, full and single beds, unique furnishings and Wifi access.
The waterfront lodging venue also specializes in celebrations and gatherings, from weddings and shower, to parties and corporate socials. Atsiakta offers two pavilions, a riverside deck, two gazebos, and a large patio and grill area with views of the river. Owners Marshall and Janine Rourke roll out the welcome mat in their picturesque setting with apple trees, a garden and amazing views of the St. Lawrence River. If you’re lucky, you might get the chance to try Janine’s impromptu baking treats from pies to homemade yeast rolls.
